Covering All Bases For Corporate Sailing

If you are planning on a corporate sailing trip, there are certain things that you need to check out before embarking on such an exciting event for your company. Each charter company that deals with corporate sailing is different and has different options and fine print that you have to be fully aware of before signing on the dotted line.

For a start, check if your charter sailing company offers a comprehensive package where your company  does not have to pay a cent more once you begin your journey or a basic package which only covers certain amenities while others have to be paid for later. Such additional expenses can spring a nasty surprise if you are not careful.

There are some basic questions that need to be covered when chartering a corporate sailing event. One of these questions involves the food that will be provided on the trip. Check out if there is a chef who will be preparing the food for the trip or if you will have to do the meal planning yourself. If there is a chef, verify who will have the final say on what will be served.

As part of your corporate sailing, check what activities are included with the package. There are some packages that will include some of the activities that are available when in port, but others will not cover anything that is done at the different ports that are visited.

Keeping these considerations in mind when planning your next corporate sailing event can ensure that everything goes smoothly. This will be well appreciated by your superiors and colleagues.
